Tamerlan Tsarnaev was on welfare, sponsored by tax payers. Tsarnaev, now dead, is suspected of bombing the Boston Marathon last week.
"Marathon bombings mastermind Tamerlan Tsarnaev was living on taxpayer-funded state welfare benefits even as he was delving deep into the world of radical anti-American Islamism, the Herald has learned," reports the Boston Herald.
"State officials confirmed last night that Tsarnaev, slain in a raging gun battle with police last Friday, was receiving benefits along with his wife, Katherine Russell Tsarnaev, and their 3-year-old daughter. The state’s Executive Office of Health and Human Services said those benefits ended in 2012 when the couple stopped meeting income eligibility limits. Russell Tsarnaev’s attorney has claimed Katherine — who had converted to Islam — was working up to 80 hours a week as a home health aide while Tsarnaev stayed at home.
"In addition, both of Tsarnaev’s parents received benefits, and accused brother bombers Dzhokhar and Tamerlan were recipients through their parents when they were younger, according to the state."
I used to laugh at all the Occupy Trashcan idiots who wore their Guy Fawkes masks after watching V for Vendetta for the 300th time. It's not as funny as it used to be.

Now it would be justice to convict Katherine of welfare fraud. If she truly worked 80 per week, it seems her earnings would have exceeded Massachusetts Poverty Levels.
Also, convict her of income tax evasion as her job seemed to lend itself to cash payment.
Are the parents still on welfare? Is there any reason you can’t get direct deposit into a US bank acct and use a debit card or make transfers overseas?

Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the 26-year-old Chechen terrorist killed Friday morning in a wild shootout with Boston police could have been sent back to his homeland after a 2009 domestic violence conviction (no, wasn't his wife--the stay-at-home bum hit his girlfriend).
However, thanks to Obama’s sucking up to ethnic solidarity terrorism, the prez sap-happily decreed that "deportations" are limited only to foreigners who committed “serious crimes.”
"Tolerant and compassionate" Obama allowed the savage bomber to stay, collect tax dollars, and main and kill Americans.

There is rampant fraud in the Mass welfare system. It's well known. But Gov. Deval Patrick, Obama's mini-me, won't allow any investigatory efforts.
One state senator, Shawna O'Connor, who has a made a name for herself fighting EBT fraud, has been waiting six months for some general fraud statistics. Six months --with no hope of ever receiving any information.
Maybe the feds could extract this info, but look who's in charge.

I knew a woman who married a Muslim from Turkey. He immediately quit working , spending his time gambling in Atlantic City and hanging out with his relatives (who he got to bring here after he married an American) and barely even spoke to her after he got what he wanted. Oh. And they had a child, but that was “her problem” and he did nothing to help (including that nasty “working” stuff).
In Afghanistan, Pakistan...you sell your little GIRLS for $3 or $4. You send the bigger children (boys) to work and sit on your a**. It’s a human slavery religion, too.
