I'm not certain but that's the impression I got too. Beck has emphatically said that it's very hard to be put on 212 3b status. That it takes a sign off by multiple agencies to apply it and a sign off of multiple agencies to amend it. It wouldn't happen either way overnight.
Beck also says he has documentation of who tried to alter Alharbi's file. Baier says he spoke to a number of highly placed officials. But did he speak with the right highly placed officials? We shall see.
I’m so very sorry to tell you this, but to get a real understanding of all the mechanics of this story, you would have to go listen to Beck’s broadcasts or go read it over at the blaze. It is not a simple matter of just saying, oh, he’s not a threat - the point is that there was already a file on him, before the marathon happened. That file was altered.
They already knew who he was before he ever got to the hospital. The records were altered, that is story, in part.
The other patients were just a cover so that she could go see this guy, I am sure. Unfortunately, the media is so in the tank that the American people have not even begun to hear the truth yet.
Yep, to get that 212 3B takes the entire panel of agencies and no way does that happen fast, and not an easy thing to get to begin with.

Beck has been VERY clear that he believes the Boston bombing was carried out by the Tsarnaev brothers.
When you lead off an article attempting to discredit someone by misleading (or lying) in your very first paragraph, I'm not interested in what you're selling.
I have no idea if Beck is really on to something that will lead to an irrefutable conclusion, or force people to be accountable.

The reason for deportation. The government says that the visa expired when in fact it is valid until 2016. The article and “journalists” are lying and covering for this lie. Just like Bengazi and the YouTube video.
On April 17 there was also an evacuation at Brigham and Women’s Hospital where Al Alharbi was hospitalized. It was close to the same time as the Courthouse bomb scare. Reportedly, the evacuation was prompted by the discovery of a locked, unattended van containing barrels.
I wondered at the time if this was how they got Al Alharbi out of the hospital when all the media had been hanging around. It won’t be surprising to learn that he is back in Saudi Arabia. They will say they weren’t lying when they said he wasn’t deported, because he just wanted to go home and left voluntarily.
Absence of evidence is evidence of the proof of the crime itself. They’re that good. Just ask.
If he was performing "terrorist activity", why not arrest him? Why would we deport someone if they have performed terrorist activities? Makes no sense.
I listened to BECK and he was not populating any theory, he was just presenting a set of FACTS and asking the Administration to explain what the FACTS mean.
The conspiracy THEORY is that the Administration is on the up and up. They have been trapped in a series of lies. They are CONSPIRING to deceive the public about something. What exactly are they hiding and why are they lying?
