You do understand that when a person has a 212 3B that the Secret Service cannot allow her to visit him. So, who cleared it for her to do that?

According to the linked report, at least, the process to clear the 212 3B (and the no-fly list designation) started once the feds spoke to the guy and he was no longer considered a person of interest in the bombing.

I’m so very sorry to tell you this, but to get a real understanding of all the mechanics of this story, you would have to go listen to Beck’s broadcasts or go read it over at the blaze. It is not a simple matter of just saying, oh, he’s not a threat - the point is that there was already a file on him, before the marathon happened. That file was altered.

They already knew who he was before he ever got to the hospital. The records were altered, that is story, in part.

No, the report (and the current Napolitano position) is that he got the 212 3b/no fly list status when he was put in the hospital and it was removed a few days later. Which would have been after the 1st Wookie visit.
