I heard two different stories. One is he was tackled by a bystander. Other story is LE saw he was hurt and stopped him, and found his actions/words suspicious.

The crowd was so tight—even if he was not tackled, their should still be bystanders. I just can’t believe that all Boston PD first responders would be “ok” with “you didnt see anything, don’t say anything.”
I searched and found a story from CBS that started out "Bystanders" plural and later said he was tackled and a "man" turned him over to LE.
I heard that he spoke of a second explosion, and that he asked if anyone was dead... I guess that could all be explained away - but the secretive behaviors and lies by officials shines a brighter spot light on things IMHO.
I think the bystander(s) were acting very heroically regardless of his true identity but I'm pretty sure the LSM would turn them into evil incarnate if they came forward....
