Right.
That sounds plausible.
Even IF there were others involved, they must have been only remotely involved and didn't care or else didn't want to GET closer to these two. Maybe the outsiders felt these guys where just TOO amateurish.
They are probably laughing at the bombers right now. Those two brothers were cut for bait... and truly expendable.

they regularly drove Porshes and BMWs prior to the Boston massacre, and bought several guns, lots of ammo, explosives, and the older bro managed to take a trip home for 6 monthsSeems like somebody somewhere was supplementing the Jihadi Grifters' welfare payments.

Thanks. I can poke holes in my own theory, but I also think Joker and Tammy were amateurish. An event like the Boston Marathon would have cameras EVERYWHERE. Plus there is the possibility that they may have wandered by an explosives sniffing dog and been found out. One thing they did do that worked in their favor was to wait until the race was half over. I think that the security personnel may have been less vigilant by then.

Those two brothers were cut for bait... and truly expendable. That would explain their bumbling grand finale. They were set up as useful idiots.

It seemed like that all along.
Otherwise, how could they be so oblivious to the security cameras all around? How could they be so inept devising an escape plan?

Thank you, Barack Hussein Obama, you steaming pile of camel dung, for the great work you and your underlings have done keeping scum like this out of my country.

Good thing THAT didn’t happen, can you imagine having to go house to house in those black communities?

Well sadly their bomb building skills paid off for them. They managed to kill innocent people. They must have felt so proud of themselves.

I wouldn’t dispute the CIA man. Before the first bomb was planted, they had to learn to assemble them. And then they had to test one or two to make sure they actually worked. So, where did they learn to assemble them and test them? More information we might never know thanks to the Federal Judge.

To party or blow things up. Perhaps both. Same thing to them.

So, where did they learn to assemble them and test them? Didn't Rico Suave go back to the homeland for 6 months of training last year?

That is the most likely place where Tammy learned his bomb craft.

The money thing is suspicious, I wouldn't be surprised if they had direct help, nor would I be surprised the operation was their own. They made mistakes even marginal advice would have corrected, starting with get the *ell out of the area if not the country. New York will be there in six months.
It's my understanding that they had a single Ruger 9mm, and that based on some evidence on his holster, it's thought the MIT officer was murdered for his weapon, which they couldn't dislodge from the holster.
I doubt they planned to be "caught", but I've no doubt they were accepting of their death as the end of their jihad. Several attacks down the road I'm sure. We'll never know most of this stuff. A shame since those planning the next attack are amongst us.

I should have added, this “lone wolf” stuff is nonsense. This wasn’t two misguided yoots coming up with the idea of bombing something. If they acted entirely on their own, if older bro got no training (no, I won’t buy the Brooklyn Bridge from you), if they had no direct support, even if just from family members (don’t want the Golden Gate either), they’re not lone wolves. They acted in accordance with ideology widespread worldwide. And acted in accord with it’s precepts. Hundreds die every week in accordance with the same ideology, fortunately we’ve been spared here post 9/11. But if they’re lone wolves, there are millions of them out there.

An interesting point given the fortunate failure of previous domestic attacks. You can pick up a lot on the web or from the like minded. But if the elder wasn't trained, did they test or were they lucky. Everything seems to have functioned, including what they threw out their car.
