Indeed it can be revoked, but as I posted earlier this this thread (#45):
"Naturalization can only be revoked in a judicial proceeding, or through an administrative proceeding subject to judicial review. In short, Tsarnaev is an American citizen whether we like it or not (I don't), and is therefore entitled to every right of an American citizen until he is convicted in a court of law."

Even the law by which a citizen's naturalization may be revoked recognizes that citizen's right to due process and judicial review.
