To: null and void
Nut job conspiracy theories are so much more fun than learning the actual law, but this hearing was mandated by Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure Rule 5 (d).

Once the government filed its criminal complaint, the defendant HAD to appear before a US Magistrate (who isn't really a full judge) and had to be advised of certain enumerated rights, including the right to counsel.

This wasn't some sort of discretionary act on the part of a rogue judge, but was instead in compliance with protocols established by written rules of law.

Sorry for being OT but did your screen name come form the old TV show, "Mr. Lucky?" It's one of my favorites plus the 1950's art version of the cat logo is cool too.

BTW, perhaps your point is correct but still, there seems to be a lot of weird and unanswered questions and "coincidences" too. We are so diconnected from "the powers that be" and lied to so many times, I don't know what is truth or not, same with many other here. Someone else said, "which way does Occam's Razor cut?"
