So, what countries are these guys' fathers living in? Real good parenting skills there letting their kids run around with that vanity plate and letting them over stay or being at the wrong school from their visas. How much US taxpayer freebies are they getting?

One of the terrorists was caught on camera dropping the bag while on a cellphone (and the cellphone records were being used to triangulate the suspect). It was one of the newspaper (not blog) accounts from last week.

So who was he on the phone with? His brother? Others?

I’m confused about or have never heard any detail about:

1.). Why were they at MIT? Why kick off the terrorist spree there? Reportedly they executed the MIT cop, if they had this grand scheme of bombing Times Square why risk this encounter at MIT? Were they loitering at MIT looking to do a carjacking for ATM money and the cop got to close?

2.). After the car jacking where did they go to pick up the bombs and weaponry? Home? Or, did they have the stuff with them on foot? If so, where did the originate from and how/why did they find the selves at MIT?

Despite the info in this article and other sources, it was not a ‘state’ vanity plate. It was a ‘decorative’ plate purchased at some store on the campus in Boston. The rear plate was the real ‘state’ plate.

The BMW with the “Terrorista” novelty plate (not a state-issued plate) belonged to friends of the Tsarnaevs. It is not newer than a 2007, probably worth $15,000.
