Both Tazhayakov and Kadyrbayev were UMass Dartmouth students originally from Kazakhstan. Terror suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev would hang out at the their New Bedford, Mass. apartment frequently and may have stayed with them on the night of the bombing and the following night.
