Bloomy/Kelly held a press conference. They said that the terrorist bros. were coming to NYC to set off bombs. They said that the terrorist bros. were stopped from coming to NYC when they went to fill up the SUV in MA.

At no point did these two nub skulls imply that the plot was elaborate, and that the "crack NY terrorist unit" thwarted the attack.
