That's exactly what it was. pisses the hell out of me that the city allows this year after year. These thugs come to town, trash the beach, shoot each other and then go home leaving us to clean up their mess and deal with the bad publicity.
One of my fraternity brothers was shot and paralyzed after going to Va Beach for this event. That was probably 20 years ago
