My wife and 2 of her friends spent 2 hours in customs last week coming across the Peace Bridge. All 3 have been US citizens for at least 40 years or more. One of the clone they have for inspectors had a hard time believing that Hawaii was a state (wife’s girlfriend was born in Hawaii to Japanese parents), so they all got fingerprinted.
We live in the Town of Tanawanda.
What I've seen of Hawaii (nothing but Oahu) suggests that it's the easternmost (or westernmost) prefecture of Japan.And then there's Chin Ho Kelly to explain. ;-)
