The news that there is female DNA indicates this is a recent development, and that they wouldn’t necessarily have automatically gathered DNA of 200 plus victims. If so it should state thus.
Are they saying the DNA was on parts found on the street, or found in the apartment. If the latter then NO 200 DNA samples needed.
