I spent the first 40 years of my life living, working, and partying a few blocks away from Bahia Mar.
My wife and I lived on a 35’ sailboat on Hendricks Isle for a few years in the late 1980s. That’s right off of Las Olas Blvd and just a short hop from Bahia Mar. And of course I’ve read everything I could find by John D. MacDonald, including all of the TM novels many times.
