I am surprised there are no areas in New Port News or Hampton on the list.
When I worked in Tidewater, Va., there were neighborhoods you went to only in the early morning.
There’s nothing in Maryland or Virginia that can hold a candle to Indianapolis, Chicago and Detroit!!!
