Attorney General Eric Holder on Saturday defended the decision to read the surviving suspect his Miranda rights, insisting that the decision was “totally consistent with the laws that we have.”

Are these the same "laws" that Holder and the twice unconstitutionally elected thrice admitted foreign born Kenyan tried and are still trying to acquire for 911 mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammed so he has a better chance at freedom? You know, try him as a citizen with full constitutional rights rather than an enemy combatant so a liberal judge will throw out the case? Please, be my guest. I want to see how the RINO party cowers into a fetal position when both of these fools are released.

Try and convince a jury of that.

I think, as a result, they blew their chance of success with a death penalty conviction. They have no choice but to go for a life sentence. The deal, really isn’t a deal for the defendant, but if he bites, it’s a good deal for the government at this point.
