When you look at how many security.intel briefings Obama blew off, he has plausible deniability with this. I hate saying it. But he does.
And that is exactly WHY he blew off that many intel briefings.. So charge him with dereliction based on that and impeach.

I think you are right. The reason is found in your second paragraph concerning the “real” news. It actually is more impactful to most people, because most people are in thrall to entertainment, and have lost the ability to resist. They are conditioned, and corrected, and corrupted. It’s all about the treats and fantasy.
For most people, the real world is ignored in favor of the iphone and hdmi. There is no future, there is no responsibility. We are a weak and disarmed society.
People don’t change until they have to. Give the treats and they will follow.
That’s it. Head must roll. If even as scape goats.
Maybe a first gay NFL player will come out today to distract the public. How this guy has not been run out of office yet is astounding.
