Democratic Rep. Nick J. Rahall II will not run for Senate next year and plans to seek re-election to West Virginia’s 3rd District instead, a Democratic strategist confirmed Tuesday evening.

Rahall is an Arab and past major supporter of Yasser Arafat and Saddam Hussein. It is a testament to how “low-information” are the voters of his district that he keeps getting sent back.
His voters are just plain du- er, um — you said it “low information”
Incumbency advantage - Dems will be hard-pressed to keep the seat when he retires.
