(shrug) I can tell you that in some neighborhoods, the “affordable housing” would get very, very expensive after it kept getting burned to the ground. Not that the Democrats care - - lol, it’s only other people’s money.
I live in a very nice older country club area. Many years ago across the main street from us the condos and apartments went Section 8. Now it is a ghetto and if you look at the crime map....holy smoke! The saving grace is they totally leave us alone.
