Two Mississippi counties are facing lawsuits filed by the American Civil Rights Union (ACRU) that seek injunctions to compel election officials in Jefferson Davis and Walthall Counties to clean up their voter rolls. The two cases could have a nationwide ripple effect if the plaintiffs prevail.
"We hope to get an affirmative ruling from this court, and then proceed to other counties that have irregularities," said ACRU Chairman Susan A. Carleson. "The goal is to ensure the integrity of the voting process, without which we cannot continue as a self-governing nation."
Former U.S. Justice Department attorney J. Christian Adams and former DOJ Voting Section Chiefs Christopher Coates and Henry Ross filed the lawsuits on behalf of the ACRU; they claim U.S. census data shows both counties have more active registered voters than there are voting age-eligible residents.

It seems that every time counties and states try to clean up their voter registration roles black racist organizations and other democrats go berserk and file law suits to stop it.

Section 8 requires counties and states to keep their voter rolls clean. Bringing suit means doing the job that Holder’s staff won’t do. All the best to everyone at ACRU.

These counties in Mississippi have more people voting absentee than there are living in them. Delbert Hoseman has tried to clean them up but the NAACP and the Democrats and Holder's DOJ are blocking him at almost every turn.

The ACRU should be supported and encouraged. Unless this project is carried out throughout America over the next three years there will be little reason for Republicans to bother voting.

I am still mad that my county went democrat in 2012, for the first time in 65 years and my suspicions were sky high.

Any county or parish that went blue in 2012 should be under suspicion.
The evidence of fraud is overwhelming, but can't be talked about, maybe one day when the Constitution is restored.

Yep. My precinct was a mess. I was the only white person voting in the whole crowded (packed) place.

Y'all done been *Holderized*.
All in all, we know that votes were added to OBozo's total, but what I think would shock us is how many Romney votes weren't counted.
Well planned, two prong attack on the election.
The Romney non-counts were probably easier to do, imho.

They do not intend for self goverment to continue. Why would any court argue against voter ID? Every citizen in this country has some form of ID. Require ID to get state benefits and there will not be any excue left. Or require ID state photo ID to use benefit cards and you will be surprised how many all ready have it.

I see that they list 18 counties for MI.
But NOT Wayne Co./Detroit?
I don’t think so...
