Is this a problem? Is somebody preventing a person from getting a bank account? Is so, how? Banks no longer pass out accounts willy-nilly. If you've passed bad checks before or insufficient funds checks or even a bad credit rating, you may forget about getting a bank account. Banks don't want dead beats and criminals as customers.
