ABSOLUTELY!!! That is the point I have been trying to make for 2+ years. The GOP runs the House - when those four items come up on the calendar, they are sitting in the cat bird seat. ALL CONTROL OVER WHETHER TO FUND OR NOT RESIDES WITH BONER. HE IS GUTLESS AND WILL NOT DEFUND ANYTHING OF SIGNIFICANCE.
