I agree. My BS meter is slanting to the far left. Either this mom is dumb as rocks, their apartment had a room in which she was forbidden to enter, or she had knowledge something was going on. But if there was a room she was forbidden to enter, she had to know something was going on. If they didn't have an extra room in their small apartment from which she was forbidden to go into, it seems to me that she would have to have noticed the bomb-making supplies. Even if she didn't know what they were for, she would have to have wondered. If she knew that her husband had bomb making supplies in their apartment, she is a negligent mother. The fact that she married a Muslim says that she may not be too bright. On the other hand, if she was brought up to be a liberal, she might not have realized the danger. Regardless, I think there are enough questions to conclude that she is not telling the total truth.
