So you will no longer use morality as a hammer against the other party?

Pure and perfect is a far cry from where Sanford sits. But it seems you think asking a GOP candidate not to lie to everyone around him (staff, family, voting public) while flying out of the country to hang with his mistress is a bridge too far.

I’m a Marylander, so my opinion is worthless in SC.

I tend not to trust folks caught in baldfaced lies. Hard to vote for them under those circumstances.

I agree with you 100%. Mainly because I am a Mississippian living in Arizona, so I am used to being lied to by politicians. I keep looking for an honest one, but when you find one and they get elected, they never last more than one or two terms. I think they leave in disgust.
