You can be sure there are the same over-abundance of flag officers (generals and admirals) in the other services too.
Our politicians in both parties do not cut high ranking positions...whether military or civil service
why else the onslaught against heterosexuals?..against Christianity?...against anything remotely tied to good old American values?.....
like my boss, who bends over backwards to please the upper management, no matter how ridiculous the request...
