My problem is not that they are frisking any particular race, but that they are frisking anyone at all. We used to have rights to be “secure in our persons”.

Being secure in our papers and our persons went in the dust bin with mandatory drug testing and also with the TSA BS at the airport.
I miss the old America.
I have watched a few reports on NYC’s ‘stop and frisk’ policy and it’s as if the 4th Amendment had been completely repealed.

With freedom comes responsibility. Many citizens have given up responsibility and the feedom that goes with it.
