They can fix this by just hiring a few of the numbers guys away from the Labor Department. Those guys are awesome with numbers.

WaPo measuring their earnings is like Steven Hawking tracking his batting average.

WaPo: Making money is for those racist, gun-toting, self-reliant, free-market capitalists. We’re above that.

I wonder if liberals running things in these media outlets will ever understand why they are last & losing money, or will they just wait on their soon to come government handout.

I agree. Why track earnings? Aren’t US businesses supposed to be give their employees money and benefits regardless whether they are profitable or not ?

WaPo is thoroughly confused. In a recent Special Election for a city council member, they endorsed the lone Republican. He was a Grover Norquist signer and the only candidate who did want to increase the DC minimum wage. If you make endorsements like that in a town that voted 93% for Obama, you think you might loose readership?? Especially as WaPo has been masquerading as a liberal paper for many years. No surprise the Marion Barry backed candidate won.

Of course the government is going to bail them out. The Post is the voice of the Obama administration...how many stories did they do on “macacca” George Allen??? I’ll bet it was over a hundred. How many have they done on the baby murderer Gosnell? One? Two?

This rag can’t go out of business soon enough. The NYTIMES too.

Path to profits (please excuse the liberal bad word):

1) Koch brothers purchase paper.
2) Liberal reports quit (e.g., all reporters quit)
3) The brothers hire folks with actual degrees (not journalism) obtained from real colleges with real standards.
4) These sentient beings (new to the WaPo) start reporting actual news.
5) Paper makes profit

There now, it was easy, wasn’t it?

Maybe if the Washington Post started reporting the news in a fair way it’s circulation would go up.

When you report the news in a way that only half of the people want to hear it you have already cut your circulation in half.

Fact is right now I wouldn’t read the Washington Post if they paid me. It’s Obama’s news 24/7.A propaganda arm of the DNC.

Listening to Chris Plante on WMAL this morning. He said, “There was a piece in the Washington Post this morning...” I snapped at the radio, “A piece of what?”

There's a quaint leftwingtard suburb in the Fairfax Standard Metropolitan Statistical Area or SMSA ~ it's called Washington DC.

We have three counties here with more people than DC ~ so whatever the DC council wants to do is mostly of no interest to anyone outside a very small circle of close friends who do crime together, or whatever it is they do.

The Washington Post is the old journal of record for this region. They are going broke like every other daily newspaper irrespective of ideological or sexual leanings.

Thanks to the Democrats’ decades-long support for the teachers’ unions, which have destroyed our public-education system, fewer and fewer people have had the ability to read newspapers like the Washington Post, let alone be able to find jobs to earn enough money to subscribe to them.

If the Koch brothers should start a newspaper in Washington,DC, after the Washington Post’s inevitable demise, they would most likely use their editorial pages to expose the horrors of the DC education system and demand improvements, as well as provide support for privately funded literacy and voucher programs, thereby creating more readers and customers for their paper, which would continually gain profits. Let’s hope this happens.

The Washington Post called me this week asking if I would subscribe. I told them the WP was a dishonest and disgusting piece of liberal garbage.
