What?
The schools serve breakfast 30 minutes before the first bell, how does that interrupt instruction time?
Oh, wait the teachers don’t care the kids maybe hungry, because they may be inconvenienced.

He said United Teachers Los Angeles had complained that serving breakfast in the classroom, rather than before school in the cafeteria, took up too much instructional time...

How about the parents feed their own children before they get to school.

I work in this district. The breakfasts are wheeled into the classrooms on carts and the kids eat at their desks.
