The Columbus High School Mighty Cardinals had won the 4x100-meter relay--by seven yards, no less--and had a shot at the state championship. That was until Junior sprinter Derrick Hayes pointed to the sky. Hayes´s father, K.C., said that his son made a gesture of thanks to God, but raising a hand to the sky is considered excessive celebration according to the state scholastic rules. And with that, the team was disqualified.

The penalty for violating someone’s free speech rights is not, being “taken out and shot”.
When they stand before God and are judged by their own standards, it will not go well.

What the judges did here is just about the same as if they'd looked out over a race and seen a runner who'd just finished over in the infield barfing and then declared he was too exhuberant because, lo and behold, he was engaged in bowing as in a mosque, temple or church somewhere.
The Track Team member was merely exercising his RIGHT to free speech and freedom of religion. A half decent shyster should be able to get a very nice settlement.
I get your passion about this, but advocating taking people out and shooting them isn’t the way to go. There’s a problem with that approach and that advocacy on the web site, as well.

Have we had ENOUGH yet?
I doubt anyone really wants someone shot (with a few exceptions), but we are all so frustrated with the direction of America and how bleak the future looks. I know I feel at a loss as how to turn back the liberal tide and our congress isn’t helping things. Just my 2 cents.
