Biological warfare has a long history of being dubious for those using it.

But the North Korea idiot wouldn’t even think of unintended consequences. If he managed to get a vial of that from his Chinese friends, he’d mail it to the United States. Wait, do they have mail in N. Korea? I guess he’d have to send someone here with it.

That’s true, but bio has the most potential for causing the most casualties. Imagine something staff-like but carried like a flu. Scary, eh?
