Karen Dillon, the ”journalist” who wrote this, doesn’t know the difference between flaunt (incorrect) and flout (correct). And apparently the editors on the paper don’t either. What’s wrong with Kansas?

Technically, the KC STAR (aka RED STAR) is located in Missouri.

Karen Dillon likely lives in Kansas, which is probably why she wrote the article.

As to what’s wrong with Kansas? Tornadoes and people there don’t know how to drive.

I think sending an unarmed white plainclothes cop walking through certain neighborhoods would be a better way to “find” crime, crime of the sort normal people care about, not that their neighbors might be growing their own weed.
