What do you think of Norton?
I think Symantec and Norton are the same people, Symantec a huge monster full of bells and whistles and Norton lightened up since people have gotten to hate the bloatware.
But Norton was one of the early half-criminal operators on the web. In fact, if you were an employee of early Norton - what changed name to Symantec - you were obliged to do industrial spying for the company.
There may be worse people in the biz, like John McAffee. But then again, much the same.
