I recall he was taken into custody on some trumped up charge. Poor bastard get released?

WTF? Didn't the 0bama administration LYING about the video as cause for the attack cause harm to the filmmaker and his family???? Who's going to be prosecuted for THAT?
Still in jail from what I heard. He was naughty. There was a wire fraud conviction for which he was on Probation, and one of the terms of release was to stay off the interwebs. It made for a convenient rationale to snatch him, but he’d be free now except for the priors.
I don’t have a lot of sympathy for him.
