I thought such bills must originate in the House. It's in Article I Section 7 of the U.S. Constitution, and that would make this tax unconstitutional.

That clause relates to 'raising revenues'. This bill requires that states collect the sales tax on internet purchases.
Reminds me of the healthcare is it a tax or a fee flim flam. I hate this current gang of thieves in DC.
