You rap it up nicely. He is simply a spokesmen for the White House. That is his job. Not to formulate policy in the traditional sense.
Sure he is Hitler's Goebbels. But no Repub would go against him like back then.
And to boot we would have to include literally dozens of young useful idiots working within the Administration, and not so young, who all establish policy which is then ran through the desk of president Valerie Jarrett, before assimilation for the WH Press Corps., and nation.

Don't mistake my disdain for him. I just don't see him frying in the pan in due time, but moving on to comfortable jobs with high salaries and perks.
