Actually, I expect that. They will argue that the steel, the wood, the polymers, the springs, or some other components come from interstate commerce or that their components or raw materials come from interstate commerce. This could, depending on how broadly the Supremes choose to rule, either overturn Wickard v. Filburn or turn the Commerce Clause into a license to regulate everything.

So did the ATF agents, and the water for the manufacturing process. If your going to go by that standard nothing was ever made anywhere and interstate is meaningless.
