And we have absolutely no capability to respond?

The point is being made now that to say they didn't have time to repond, they'd had to have known ahead of time how long the attack would last. That makes the didn't have time excuse the nonsense that it is.

In a case like Benghazi, forces should have been mobilized and moved toward the trouble spot in any case to provide help if they were able to arrive in time. The rescuers don't always arrive on time, but they should make the effort.

The Concorde took 3-4 hours to go from NY to London! And we couldn't get a plane that was supposedly positioned off the Libyan coast in there in 7 hours?
