Could these Democrats be held liable for the damages caused by encoding into law, sexual deviancy?

Persons with homosexuality are significantly more likely to have psychological disorders, substance abuse problems, suicidal ideation, and to have been victims of childhood sexual abuse and violence. By making such acts lawful, these legislators are decreasing the safety and health of the population, adding health care costs, all for a transient popular culture that will not stand the test of time.

Get the Government out of the marriage business

this type of activity is from time immemorial. what these unfortunate souls do in the privacy of their own home does not concern me, unless it includes violence or children.

I do not believe the govt. has the right to regulate marriage of any type.

let marriage be between you and your church, synagogue, or whatever your religion calls it.

but the govt. should only be responsible for partnerships, for tax purposes etc. Your church can file a partnership document for the government or better yet, you go to the county clerks office and sign your partnership agreement there...
