Well folks are moving to the south or mountain west for one of the reasons being is the lower cost of living.
That is why people left northeastern NJ for the rural south and mountainous west (of NJ); now their costs are rising as they build new schools, hire more gubmint workers, etc.
I hope the low costs of their destinations stay low; they have to understand they are low for a reason, and if they want everything they had in NJ/NY (1 cop per every 10 homes, 1 teacher for every 10 kids, etc.) they’ll end up with the same bill.
