I had such a confrontation with my high school biology teacher.

When a mere circle in a cell could be attributed as a food vacuole or a fat droplet, he only allowed only one of the two answers, thereby dropping my grade to a “B”.

I gave it to him full throated, standing and pointing.

Being right, he could hardly raise a fuss. Plus, like the eGOP, he was a WUSS!

Had the same beef with the teach in a computer tech class. There were two correct answers to the test question, but one of them was preferred. I wouldn’t stand for it! I won!
