It's as brazen a defiance of the law as Washington has seen, and the perpetrators are going to get away with it unless things change quickly.
The Environmental Protection Agency has bobbed and weaved, defied court orders, made a mockery of the FOIA process and spent barrels of ink redacting its clearly public records ... all to keep Gina McCarthy clean until she can be confirmed in the Senate to become the agency's next administrator.
The Environment and Public Works Committee will vote this week on McCarthy's nomination. Senators should not act on her nomination until she orders the veil lifted and lets Americans know her record with regard to President Obama's war on coal and efforts by the administration to build outside support for a carbon tax.

Sadly it has very little to do with a clean environment. We all want that. The EPA is all about destroying capitalism and strangling our economy. But you’re right about its “dirty people.”
What’s the problem? Is she prone to catching STDs or is it an alcohol problem?
I looked at the picture on post 5 and agree with you.
Obama loves appointing people with his preferences.
Thanks alot now I have to gouge my eyes out!
OOOOhhh, that is scarey! Have there always been so many weirdos crawling around and they just now decided to come out from under the rocks?
Thanks, I needed that.
Enviro-whackos and the government are destroying our way of life. I’m desperately holding onto an older washing machine because the ones mandated by government are awful. Ditto for the new dishwashers, light bulbs, detergents, toilets, and on and on. These jerks won’t be happy until we are living in cold, dark caves and washing our clothes in the river. Oh wait, we can’t pollute the rivers. Guess we’ll just have to give up washing. Grrrrr....
It's good that we now know that this administration knows how to cover up the facts until after an election, or in this case, an appointment.
