Either such organizations exist to help shape young minds or they do not. To celebrate abnormal desires is to corrupt youth.
After 18, you may frown on such activity, but the adults can make up their own minds to engage in self-destructive behavior.
Sex positive advocates frankly don’t care if it is “genetic” or the result of upbringing (or even just a curious whim). They seek to end all moral judgments over all sexual pairings at any time (regardless of sex, age, relation, marital status, number, or species of partner(s)).
The sheltered goal is to “smash the patriarchy”.
The majority of births now occur out of wedlock (and not to teens). This is by design, not because of “flawed abstinence education”.
Statements like this make me wonder whether Chairman Kreimer has actually spent significant time camping and hiking with scouts over the years. If he did he probably would NOT recommend allowing openly gay boys into the ranks.
Unbelievable! Mr. Kreimer, please realize that you are supporting a transient popular culture over years of tradition and experience based on natural law. That must be more important to you than preserving a wholesome and healthy and proven culture.
One of the more galling examples of recent memory was the Jewish Anti-Defamation League's participation in the lawsuit to remove the Ten Commandments statue from the Alabama courthouse that had been placed by Judge Roy Moore. It boggles the mind.
The "Notes on the Correct Way to Present the Jews and Judaism in Preaching and Catechesis in the Roman Catholic Church", which covers the scope of Pope John Paul II's perspective, calls for the eradication of historic charges of collective guilt against Jews (deicide), acknowledges the Covenant with the Jewish people, which God Himself pronounced to Abraham and Sarah as "everlasting," and insists on complete religious liberty and respect as partners in dialogue. It also contains the following paragraphs:
"7. "In virtue of her divine mission, the Church" which is to be "the all-embracing means of salvation" in which alone "the fullness of the means of salvation can be obtained" (Unit. Red. 3), "must of her nature proclaim Jesus Christ to the world" (cf. Guidelines and Suggestions, 1). Indeed we believe that it is through him that we go to the Father (cf. In 14:6) "and this is eternal life, that they know thee the only true God and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent" (In 17:3).Jesus affirms (ibid. 10:16) that "there shall be one flock and one shepherd". The Church and Judaism cannot then be seen as two parallel ways of salvation and the Church must witness to Christ as the Redeemer for all, "while maintaining the strictest respect for religious liberty in line with the teaching of the Second Vatican Council (Declaration Dignitatis Humanae, Guidelines and Suggestions, I).
Thus I think the Rev. Dr. Zahl did not fully understand Pope John Paul's perspective. The Pope called for respect for Jews and Judaism, a renewed appreciation of what is shared in our spiritual patrimony, and a recognition that Jesus Christ, and Christ alone, is the Savior of the human race, to whom every person must come for their well-being and redemption..
Well, the word “Jew” does refer to an ethnicity also, but in this context it’s supposed to be the religion, in which the Jewishness of the liberals is quite absent. And I can’t agree that the future belongs to the religious minority, which is being sidelined by the liberal majority.

A phrase bandied about by Hamas and their ilk, never mind many segments of the broader left-wing spectrum, would not be one I “much care for”, no.
I've always thought that anyone who broadcast the propaganda of a Zionist Conspiracy in their very user name was bound to be a died in the wool Hamas apologist or plant but, apparently, folks who are here to correct someone over a a careless remark don't mind a bit when someone who proclaims they're a Zionist Conspirator works very hard at spreading divisions among Christians any way they can.
Is this selective indignation or just ignorance of what goes on in the Religion Forum on a regular basis?
I'm not trying to pick a fight, I just find it a bit odd for someone to ignore a regular and frequent poster who proudly proclaims they're a Zionist Conspirator while they're slandering Catholics, but is Johnny on the spot when someone makes a thoughtless remark about Jewish folks or Zionism.
I usually stay out of the religion forum. Revelation 12:9 says that the devil deceives the whole world, so that is an active process on that entity’s part. The divisions will continue until Shiloh comes, as it’s written. It’s unproductive to attack people’s beliefs.
As for ZC, I took the handle to be ironic, as my handle is.
Now that's funny. "Zionist Conspirator" is ironic. Well then, you need to calm down and accept that others may well see see irony, humor, or good natured jest where you don't. Otherwise it looks like there's a major double standard at work when Revelation is sufficient reason to stay out of the Religion Forum except when your personal feelers are hurt.
This is kind of like my sentiments. Jews have a history of late especially in the US to give up on moral issues to try and curry favor from some adversary. I speak with some Jewish blood.
I don’t know what you’re referring to, but it seems like something was misinterpreted, never mind some wires being crossed. If you have a personal beef with ZC’s views, then if he is wrong, it is all on him alone.

The head of the area council i’m told is Jason Stein.
