The arms moving to Syria via Turkey was reported in the news months before the attack.
It just was not covered in US TV news, but it was in articles on the web from at least one mainstream news agency.
This is a desperate attempt to distract attention away from the fact that Obama is a puppet. Only a puppet would selectively restrain their own military.

Ambassador Stevens - Obama orders the stand down.
Both would have been good politics for Obama to execute on, whether successful or not. It would take away conservatives argument that he’s militarily weak.
Bin Laden kill was used by the admin for political gain. Ambassador Stevens’ rescue was purposely held back.
That can only mean a “real” conspiracy, and that’s why story after story tries to dismiss the idea.

If you listened carefully to the testimony concerning our presence in Benghazi you’ll notice several statements to the effect that “one of the reasons” was to establish a permanent facility to expand our presence. The other reasons were never touched on. IMO one of the other reasons was to manage gun running activities to Syrian rebels. Its possible there may have been other objectives as well.
