And the thing is if those 4 seats are reduced to 2 seats, no more Al Gore. No more anybody. Plants die and we die. So um, why are they talking about reducing it? Shouldn’t we be like “Holy shet! Raise that damn thing up!”

You ever see that movie “The Road”? It’s about a father and son trying to survive in a world where all plants have died off and as a result so have the animals, and people (what’s left of them) resort to cannibalism. It’s from a book by Cormac McCarthy.

I read one lib reviewer saying the movie was about an “apocalypse caused by global warming” LOL! If CO2 ever got to such a huge amount to actually cause a greenhouse effect, plants would be the absolute LAST things that would die off! There would be so many plants we’d be choking on them.

You know where they got this global warming crap from? From greenhouses. Actual greenhouses where you grow plants. I just *know* that’s how this all started, I use to work in one out in Long Island during the summers when I was going to school.

Some moron noticed that when you go into a greenhouse it’s warmer inside than it is outside. And since gardeners pump CO2 into it, some moron went “Ah HA! The cause of the heat is the CO2!” When in actuality it is the water vapor combined with the suns rays through the glass. This is how Venus became a greenhouse planet. Libs always state the cause was CO2, but it wasn’t. It was water vapor which trapped the CO2, the CO2 came later. CO2 raises temperature, but the amount on earth is so incredibly minuscule it’s like putting a drop of ink into the Pacific and saying all the oceans of the world are now polluted, it’s absolutely insane thinking. And then sometimes then mention methane which is even more ludicrous. Methane has a percentage of 0.00017%!! There’s more of Al Gore freakin lice mites floating in the air than there is methane!

It's like putting 28,000 cubic miles of ink into the Pacific (70,000,000 cubic miles) and stirring. That';s a lot of ink. The rise in CO2 from 300ppm to 400ppm might have caused a half degree C rise in temperature globally. But the global rise is inconsequential and trivial. The thermostat for the planet is mostly by the weather. A good example is that the polar jet can cool the planet if it slows and wanders a lot.

The climate models mostly predict doom from having a faster and northerly polar jet, fewer storms, and less "extreme" weather in general. The fact that the doom sayers yap about blocking patterns and extreme weather means they know nothing about climate models, nothing about weather and nothing about climate.

The air in our large American cities used to be a lot more polluted and harbors were polluted. We had acid rain. I saw this first hand when I was little. Most of this has been cleaned up in the last 50 years but even back then no one was dying right and left from pollution. People are pretty tough. But the people born since 1970 and 1980 have no memory of this and how much we have cleaned things up. Plus they have grown up in more prosperous and more antiseptic circumstances than I did.

If you are under 40 and grew up in a nice clean rich suburb you might have grown up somewhat spoiled and sheltered and somewhat hysterical about certain unclean things. These are the circumstances that at least 80% of our younger movers and shakers grew up in. Then they took lots of squishy liberal arts course in college. These are the people who are coming into power who are hysterical about perceived insults to the human race and mother earth that global warming is producing and will be doing a lot more of. They are like women in the old cartoons who would get hysterical about a mouse in the kitchen, jump up on a stool and start screaming
