After first hearing of this incident a few weeks ago I decided I was going to go to Waltham Police Dept Headquarters to look at the files they had on it (such files are open to public scrutiny under Massachusetts law).before going down there I decided to call and was told that all the files had been turned over to the Middlesex County DA...who,it won't surprise anyone even somewhat familiar with this state,is a semi-literate knuckledragging Rat.At that point I knew the fix was in...courtesy of Osama Obama’s life long buddy,our Governor Deval “Coupe Deval” Patrick.

So they don't make copies and send them? So how do they keep their own laws of (such files are open to public scrutiny under Massachusetts law) if they give out the files and not copies of the file.

How much should be penalize them? $500 if not returned in 5 days and $100 every day after they are in violation? 'We the People' has to keep them honest and make sure they follow laws them impose themselves!
