His performance at that hearing was embarrassing. It was so bad, I believe the Democrats who spoke up later softened their tone.

Hmmm.... He’s stupid alright, but Hank Johnson and his tipping over Guam is some major competition. Also don’t forget Shiela Jackson Lee and Cynthia McKinney a couple other major competitors.
All four of them combined don’t even top 60 on an IQ scale.... I’m dead serious.

It is not just Cummings. Every time I see someone on tv, either a bureaucrat or a politician, ‘representing’ us I am embarrassed. Republicans or Democrats I think to myself......seriously? These people are the best we can do? I truly think this country I’s doomed.
