Outraged by the grisly details of late-term abortions in Dr. Kermit Gosnells clinic, a group of black pastors is coming to Capitol Hill on Tuesday to ask for congressional hearings into the impact of abortion in black communities.
Political activist Star Parker and about a dozen black pastors are scheduled to speak at the National Press Club Tuesday morning about Dr. Gosnells murder trial and the high levels of abortions and abortion clinics in black communities.
Our heads should be hanging in shame as a nation of civilized people who would allow this type of crime against humanity to have gone on for so long. We are as guilty as Gosnell of these atrocities against the most innocent and vulnerable human beings, said Ms. Parker, founder and president of the Center for Urban Renewal and Education.
Dr. Gosnell is on trial on multiple counts of murder killing children born alive and one adult patient. Its important for blacks to speak up because Kermit Gosnell is black, and this is a matter of black-on-black crime, said Day Gardner, president of the National Black Pro-Life Union.
These heinous activities are happening in communities all over the country, she said, and Congress should make sure inspections are performed and people are held accountable.

The babies would be just as dead.
Gosnell set up shop in a minority neighborhood because that’s where his customer base is located. Atrocious as his acts were the bigger question is why do blacks abort the most babies? Also these black pastors almost all vote for the Dems who love abortion rights. Whole lotta soul searching needs to be done.
I doubt this group of pastors are Obama fans. Luke Robinson, for instance, spoke at the March for Life event.
I think you are correct. Star Parker is definitely not an Obama voter. I don't believe these are the same hypocritical pastors who expressed "concern" over Obama's position on gay marriage yet apparently had no problem with his positions on abortion.
Black preachers are still placing the blame in the wrong place. They are placing the blame on the inspections by the Health Department, when the blame belongs on the White House, Nancy Pelosi and others who think women need to practice Birth Control through abortion.
The other thing those activist pastors need to understand is that Planned Parenthood has had as a goal form the very beginning the de-population of the black community. Margaret Sanger was a racist who chose a “medical” approach over the lynching rope. Same result, different means.
Trust me, the group mentioned here knows the score...
Sad to me that only “Race” outrage over abortion gives that outrage an air of legitimacy... evil is as evil does, the end product is alway evil... regardless of race. C’mon you black “ministers” call evil for what it is, in any and all communities, not just when it affects your own.
Because keeping your legs closed is "acting white?"
Keep voting democRat sheeple. That'll fix the murder problem.
