Obama is right, the talking points ARE a sideshow. There would not have been a need for talking points if one of our most dangerous consulate posts in the world had not been left intentinally indefensible and an easy OPEN target for terrorists, ON A TUESDAY OF 9/11. Repeated pleas for more security were left unanswered, for months. Yet a US ambassador, who was officially scheduled for Bengazi in October, had his schedule moved up before September 30th by Clinton, because she wanted a permanent post there, something no one knew of. The next issue is WHY the lies and exaggerations for not sending a rescue team that night, there is not one coherent statement that has been given. We hear it would have taken seven hours, three hours, fifteen hours, no refueling capability, no teams available, no fly zone, no intelligence as to the situation. THE TALKING POINTS ARE A SIDESHOW, the first and only truth from this liars mouth.
I didn’t see the presser and was too busy working to follow the thread. Is this the presser where he was only going to take one question each from the US and UK reporters? Did he?
The talking-points issue is major, since it shows there was a cover-up.
It is more like the entrance to the real circus than a sideshow.
We will eventually get to the bottom of it, I hope. Has something to do with the CIA annex and why a permanent consulate or post was desired there. Behind-the-scenes stuffs that we have read on FR & elsewhere. Very serious stuffs, that must be covered up.
