They’ve used it for fundraising,” he said, targeting Republicans for trying to gin up a controversy out of thin air.
“There’s no there there,” he said, pointing out that the emails cited in Friday’s report about the talking points being altered 12 times had been given to Congress months ago to review.
Obama said lawmakers concluded there was “nothing afoul” in the process to create the “so-called talking points.”
Peggy Noonan had a good column last Friday about how they have politicized it from the very start. Never mind that we were lucky that only 4 Americans died because of Obama and Hillary, not 30 or 40.
