I turned on FOX and they said they are readng it now but the courtroom is locked down.
You know; I cannot understand why "locked down" courtrooms are allowed for criminal charges:
Amendment VIThe verdict is part of the trial and should therefore be public... though I suppose that if it's at the state-level there is argument that the 6th Amendment is not binding on those courts.
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
We are being played with what 'they' want us to focus on - what should be more important to us than killing the defenseless.
